Agentic AI - architecture approach

Agentic AI - architecture approach I’ve been delivering more and more agentic AI presentations to customers lately, and I’m noticing a trend: people are rushing straight into implementation without understanding the foundational architecture principles. Last few weeks I took a step back to focus on what agentic AI really is—and remember that it’s built on patterns we already know. At the core of every software agent is a cognitive cycle that is often described as the perceive, reason, act loop, what Makes Agentic AI Different? ...

Game Theory and AI Agents: Revisiting Foundational Concepts

Game Theory and AI Agents: Revisiting Foundational Concepts I’ve encountered an interesting convergence recently—hearing about the “Ultimatum Game” from game theory in two completely different contexts within just a few days. This collision of ideas has me thinking about how foundational concepts are becoming increasingly relevant in the age of AI agents. The Convergence First, I listened to Sean Carroll’s Mindscape podcast where Kevin Zollman discussed game theory and how behavior and interactions are conceptualized. The conversation explored how mathematical models help us understand decision-making in complex systems. ...

Kiro Powers: Solving Context Rot in AI Development

Kiro Powers: Solving Context Rot in AI Development The Kiro team just launched something that feels like a significant step forward in AI development tooling. As they put it in their blog: “Remember when Neo instantly downloaded martial arts expertise in The Matrix?” That’s essentially what Kiro Powers aims to achieve for AI development workflows. The Context Flooding Problem Anyone working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers has experienced this: your context window gets flooded with tool definitions, documentation, and framework details before you even start working on your actual problem. It’s like trying to have a conversation in a room where everyone is shouting different instructions at once. ...

The Fine Line Between Frictionless and Pointless

The Fine Line Between Frictionless and Pointless In today’s world, the concept of frictionless experiences has been the hallmark of enhancing customer satisfaction. However, could there be a point where this pursuit of seamless interactions becomes counterproductive? Let’s delve into this… Finding Value in Effort The essence of an experience often lies in the effort we invest in it. When everything is effortlessly handed to us, do we truly appreciate it? Take, for instance, the evolution of music streaming services like Spotify. Initially, discovering new music felt like a treasure hunt, with each find holding immense value, read reviews, go to the shop ( ah la Fnac !), discuss with friends…However, as algorithms got smarter and recommendations flooded in, that sense of discovery got into the background. ...

ash mountain

An american sound, professional, done by a Manchester group. There’s space for doubt. But I was the first one suprised by how amazing this group sounds! Ash Mountain, a group out of Manchester that I discovered in the opening act of a concert by the DustBowl Revival Ash Mountain really striked me how professional the sound was and how engaging the lead guitarist was. This is a band based out of Manchester but their sound feels exactly like if it was out of a bar on th road 66 in the US, there’s nothing UK. But it works! ...
